This hotel was super cute and cozy. The reception personnel were very friendly and welcoming for our entire stay. We were there over the holidays and it was a blast. The breakfast was delicious and the communal spaces were always kept clean! Highly recommend to stay here!

We enjoyed, relaxed and rested well. the breakfast was great. and the staff were really helpful and friendly. location of the hotel is quite effective. we would like to visit here again. but the evelavtor could be maintained more often. as sometimes the authomatic door does not close.
This Hotel is superb the staff so accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. New Years Eve Dinner was amazing the food and service were 5 star and a brilliant night. Near Vienna and easy to walk to the city. Would go again to this Hotel.|
The front desk was very welcoming and eager to help in any way possible. The hotel is in a good location and has a great historical feel with history behind it. We got chocolates as well as a room upgrade upon arrival. This was a perfect place to lodge for our two day stop in Vienna!
